INSITEPRO is being developed through collaboration between construction professionals and IT specialists. Bringing together different skillsets and perspectives allows us to design a platform that is both technically robust and grounded in real industry experience.

While our backgrounds vary, we are united by a shared commitment to purposeful work, thoughtful design, and building tools that genuinely support the people delivering projects.

Kate Dyer

Kate Dyer is the founder of INSITEPRO and Director of Insite Consulting, with over a decade across project management, quantity surveying, procurement and contract administration on construction projects throughout New Zealand.

She is PMI and PRINCE2 certified and is completing a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying).

Having worked across clients, consultants and contractors, Kate has seen how much time the manual handling of payment claims costs every party.

INSITEPRO grew out of a simple idea: bring everyone into the same place, cut the admin, and let contractors get back to building.
