Our Team
INSITEPRO was built by construction people working with developers. Kate Dyer, a quantity surveyor and project manager, set the workflows. The build side turned them into a platform that holds up on live projects.
That combination is the point. Payment claims sit under both the contract and the Construction Contracts Act, and the detail matters. Everything in INSITEPRO has been shaped by people who have processed claims themselves and know where the process falls over.

Northland Business Excellence Awards 2026
INSITEPRO was a finalist for the Jeroen Jongejans Innovate Northland Award, which was a great result given we only launched in July.
INSITEPRO is a payment claims platform for the construction industry, made here in Northland by construction professionals. It cuts the admin out of monthly payment claims and gets every party working from the same claim.

Kate Dyer
Kate Dyer is the founder of INSITEPRO and Director of Insite Consulting, with over a decade across project management, quantity surveying, procurement and contract administration on construction projects throughout New Zealand.
She is PRINCE2 certified and is completing a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying).
Having worked across clients, consultants and contractors, Kate has seen how much time the manual handling of payment claims costs every party.
INSITEPRO grew out of a simple idea: bring everyone into the same place, cut the admin, and let contractors get back to building.
