INSITEPRO was built by construction people working with developers. Kate Dyer, a quantity surveyor and project manager, set the workflows. The build side turned them into a platform that holds up on live projects.

That combination is the point. Payment claims sit under both the contract and the Construction Contracts Act, and the detail matters. Everything in INSITEPRO has been shaped by people who have processed claims themselves and know where the process falls over.

Kate Dyer

Kate Dyer is the founder of INSITEPRO and Director of Insite Consulting, with over a decade across project management, quantity surveying, procurement and contract administration on construction projects throughout New Zealand.

She is PMI and PRINCE2 certified and is completing a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying).

Having worked across clients, consultants and contractors, Kate has seen how much time the manual handling of payment claims costs every party.

INSITEPRO grew out of a simple idea: bring everyone into the same place, cut the admin, and let contractors get back to building.
