Kate Dyer

Kate Dyer is the founder of InsitePro and Director of Insite Consulting, with a background spanning project management, quantity surveying, procurement strategy, and contract administration across a range of construction projects in New Zealand.

Her experience working across clients, consultants, and contractors has shaped a strong focus on practical systems that support clear communication, efficient administration, and confident project delivery.

In developing InsitePro, Kate works closely with IT professionals and technical specialists to bring the platform to life. While the team brings different perspectives to the table, they are united by a shared commitment to purposeful work, thoughtful design, and creating tools that genuinely support the people delivering projects.
